INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY UPDATE
European customers
From 1st January 2020, due to changes in international shipping charges, all orders being delivered to an address in Europe (excluding UK) will be subject to local taxes and duties.
Starting July 1, 2026, the European Union enforces a flat, interim customs duty of €3 per item type on low-value e-commerce imports (under €150) from non-EU countries. Orders over €150 are unaffected.
Here are the specific, actionable details you need to know about the new EU tariff:

Item-Level Charge: The €3 duty is charged per distinct item category (based on HS tariff sub-headings) rather than a flat fee per parcel. If your order contains three completely different item category, you could be charged €3 for each.

National Handling Fees: Aside from the overarching €3 customs duty, certain EU member states are implementing additional local customs handling fees on imports, which range from €2 in countries like Italy and France.

A proposed €2 handling fee is expected to follow by November 2026, stacking charges to €5 per distinct item category

You will not be charged VAT at the checkout but may be charged once the shipment reaches your country. Products manufactured in the EU & UK, (syllabus books and uniform wear) are exempt from customs duty but may be taxable, other products may be liable for both. You, the customer are now required to meet any additional charges for customs clearance or additional documentation until further notice. We will continue to review and update our procedures in line with government guidelines.
Delivery Times
Once you have received confirmation that your order has been dispatched, the delivery times are:
UK 2-5 working days,
Europe 5-12 working days
Rest of the world 5-12 working days
International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities and this may cause delays. Deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to local taxes.
