Enter the 18-digit eGift Card number in the discount code box after you press “checkout”.

IN STORE

The eGift Card cannot be redeemed in our retail branch.

The eGift Card will expire 36 months from the date of purchase.

Yes, multiple eGift Cards can be used in a single order.

No, if the eGift Card balance is greater than the order value, where the entire balance of an eGift Card is not spent in one transaction, you don’t lose the unused amount.

The remaining balance will be updated after each transaction.

If you purchased the eGift Card:

You will be able to check the balance in your order history by selecting the eGift Card within the order.

If you received the eGift Card as a gift:

You could check the balance through the link provided in the initial email.

If the email is lost or misplaced, please contact us at Customer Support and we will be able to re-send the link.

If you return an item you bought online using an eGift card, we’ll refund the amount to the original eGift Card or a new eGift card.

The new eGift card will be emailed to the original purchasing email.

You cannot use your eGift Card on any of the following:

  • Another eGift Card;
  • Purchases made in RAD video apps;
  • Purchases made on royalacademyofdance.org website, e.g. course fees or membership fees

eGift Card is designed for Royal Academy of Dance Shop,  it cannot be redeemed at Royal Academy of Dance.

eGift Cards are excluded from promotions and discounts, eg. Member’s discount.

eGift Cards are not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee cards, cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

We cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged eGift Cards.

We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of eGift Cards at any time and to take appropriate action, if it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Personal data relating to your purchase or use of an eGift Cards will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation.
