Returns & Refunds Policy 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you have 28 days from the day your order was delivered to return it to us for a full refund. 

 

1. The Basics 

  • Items must be in their original condition: To receive a full refund, all items must be returned unworn/unused, in the same condition you received them, with their original packaging and all tags attached. 

  • Books: Must be in original, unread condition without any creases or marks. 

  • Media (CDs/DVDs): Must be returned in their original, unopened shrink-wrap seal. 

  • Hygiene & Safety: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items if the packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal is broken: 

-Earrings & Pierced Jewellery: Non-returnable once the internal packaging is opened. 

-Underwear & Dance Briefs: Must be returned in original, unopened packaging with all tags and hygiene strips intact. 

-Tights & Socks: These cannot be returned once the packet has been opened or the item has been tried on. 

  • Discounts & Promotions: For promotional offers such as “Buy One, Get One 50% off”, both items must be returned to receive a full refund to the original payment method. If only one item is returned, the full retail value of the kept item will be deducted from the refund. 

  • App Purchases: Purchases made within our mobile application are processed directly by Apple or Google, you must request your refund through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store account centre, depending on your device. 

  • Original Source: We can only process returns for items purchased directly via radenterprises.co.uk. 

 

2. Our 28-Day Promise 

  • Within 28 days: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. 

  • After 28 days: Items returned after the 28-day window are accepted at our discretion. If accepted, they may be subject to a £4 re-stocking fee. 

  • Condition Check: All returns are inspected. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, missing parts, or shows signs of wear, we may have to send it back to you or deduct a reduction in value from your refund. 

 

3. Rejected Returns 

We inspect every return to ensure the items are in sellable condition. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition (e.g., damaged, worn, or missing parts), we will not be able to issue a refund. 

  • Sending it Back: If your return is rejected, we can send the item back to you at your own expense. We will email you with a link to pay the required postage fee. 

  • The 28-Day Holding Rule: If you choose not to pay the return postage, or if we do not hear from you within 28 days of our notification, we reserve the right to dispose of the item or donate it to a local charity. 

  • Re-stocking Fees: For items returned AFTER 28 days or with minor missing packaging, a £3 re-stocking fee may be charged at our discretion. 

 

4. How to Make a Return 

To help us process your refund quickly, please follow these steps: 

  1. Pack Your Items: Securely wrap your items (the original box or mailer is best).

Note: We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage, as the package remains your responsibility until it arrives with us. 

If you do not currently have an account with us, you can initiate your request by clicking the "View Your Order" link in your original order confirmation email. 

If you have misplaced this email, please contact us, and we will be happy to resend it.

 

5. Refunds & Timelines 

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received at our warehouse, it can take up to 7 business days to process. 

  • Notification: We will send you an email as soon as your refund has been issued. 

  • Getting Paid: Funds usually take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. 

  • Shipping Costs: In line with UK law, we will refund the cost of standard outbound delivery if the full order is returned within 14 days. Return postage costs are only refunded if the item is faulty or if we made an error with your order. 

 

6. Exchanges 

If you need a different size or a different book, please follow the return process above for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item. This is the fastest way to ensure you get what you need. 

 

7.Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) 

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order contract and return your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel via an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email or by using our “EU Withdrawal” portal on home page) before the 14-day period expires. Once you notify us, you must ship the items back to us within 14 days. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, once we receive the returned goods or proof of their return shipment. Please note that you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated. 

 

8. Statutory Rights 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is faulty or "not as described," you have a 30-day right to reject the goods for a full refund
