EU right of withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) 

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order contract and return your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel via an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email or by entering the form below) before the 14-day period expires.

Once you notify us, you must ship the full order back to us within 14 days.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, once we receive the returned goods or proof of their return shipment. Please note that you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
