£8.99

This beautifully designed new edition of the music for the Phyllis Bedells Bursary Award  was published to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the award in 2009. Completely re-typeset, this volume also contains music for all the repertoire variations, in addition to the specially choreographed set variations which comprised earlier editions.

Includes music for classical, demi-caractère and repertoire variations, with music by Samuel Barber, Friedrich Burgmüller, Léo Delibes, Norman Higgins, Frans Linthorst, Maurice Ravel, Piotr Ilich Tchaikovsky and Brenda Tong.

The front cover shows an archive photograph of Phyllis Bedells, one of the founders of the Royal Academy of Dance, in the ballet The Smith Family, and inside covers include biographical information about Phyllis Bedells and a history of the bursary award.
