How to enter our Store

From the home page: www.radenterprises.co.uk

Put your cursor over one of the menu items available at the top of the website i.e. 'Footwear' or search for items in the search tab at the top of the site.

To view the details , just click on the image.

How do I buy something?

  • To place an item in your shopping basket, click on the 'select colour/size' bar.
  • Choose the colour you want (colours available are shown under the image) by clicking on it.
  • Next, click on the size you want.
  • The colour and size you choose will show up under the 'select colour/size' bar. Under this you can choose the quantity you want.
  • Finally, click the 'add to basket' button.

If an item is not in stock but we're expecting a delivery, you can reserve it. Any items you choose that aren't currently in stock will appear in red in your basket - we'll send it to you at no extra postage cost.

Order Acceptance

Orders placed by you are an offer to purchase and will be accepted by us, subject to stock availability. If something is not in stock, we will either let you know at the time of ordering or as soon after the order has been placed as possible. However, the contract for the sale of the goods will not be formed until delivery of the goods to you at the address you provide to us.

If you have supplied us with your e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.

We reserve the right to change at any time any of the details of the garments on the site, including prices, colours and sizes.

Searching for clothing or info

To search for clothing, enter a brief description of the item you are looking for and click 'Search' on the top Menu Bar. Enter either the product name or code in the search box and select 'search'.

To View Your Basket

  • To view your basket, just click on the basket sign. You'll see a running total of everything you've put in your basket on the right hand side of the page.
  • Your basket will show you the name, colour, size, price and quantity of each bit of clothing you've chosen.
  • If you've picked a bit of clothing that's been discounted, this will also show up. You can change the quantity of any item by simply typing in the new quantity and clicking on 'update'. To delete an item, just click 'delete'.
  • To change the colour or size of something, click on the name of the clothing and it will take you back to the page where you can make another choice. Once you've added your new bit of clothing to your basket, just delete the one you don't want any more.
  • We can only save your basket for 24 hours before we have to delete all the items. But if you want to keep them for another time, you can save them as a wish list.

How do I checkout?

  • Checking out is easy; Click on the 'View Basket' button so you can see your order, then click on the 'Checkout' button to get to the 'Billing and Despatch' page.
  • Type in all your info, (to avoid any delays in your order, make sure you use your credit card billing address for the 'Statement Address') and then choose your despatch method - Standard Delivery. If you're registered, you'll already have filled in your details, but you can still update it or choose a different despatch address.
  • Click on the 'Proceed' button to advance to the next page. Verify your Billing and Despatch address and type in your credit card information.
  • Finally, click 'Checkout' to finish. A confirmation page will appear so you know your order has been received.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment by Credit/Debit card

You can use either a credit or debit card for anything you buy online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Amex and Delta Cards, but we can't take Solo or Visa Electron because the cardholder has to be present during the purchase. When you checkout, you will be asked to fill in the credit card type, number and expiry date. For security reasons, we do not retain your credit card information so you will have to re-enter it each time you shop with us (sorry!).

Credit Card and Debit Card payments as mentioned above are secured by the Shopify payment gateway to ensure we provide you with a secure shopping environment in-line with other etailers alike. We hope you will find this a speedier and more efficient service going forward.

How can I be sure my order went through?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation - usually within minutes - that will include an order number for your reference. If you don't receive an email within a couple of hours, please call us on our UK order line on 020 7326 8080 or our International number on +44 20 7326 8080 before placing another order.
