Place an order before 1pm and we will do our very best to dispatch same day*, providing goods are in stock. In this instance our sales team will notify you of any delays that may occur.
UK deliveries are estimated to take 1-3 working days. European deliveries are estimated to take 3-5 working days and Worldwide 7-10 days
* excluding weekends, bank holidays and store closures-between Christmas and New Year.

Postage Charges Terms & Conditions
These prices are based on a maximum weight of 10KG so are therefore subject to change for larger orders. If an additional payment is required you will be notified by our sales team.
There may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK. RAD Enterprises is not responsible for paying these charges.
Returns Policy
Within 28 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return or exchange any of the following items, for any reason, for a full refund:
- any book in its original condition
- any unopened media (CD, DVD, cassette tape, or VHS tape)
- any other item in new condition with original packaging and accessories
It is important that you note that within our jewellery section earrings are non returnable.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from radenterprises.co.uk. We cannot exchange items that are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 28 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.
Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
If you are returning a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which may be used any time toward your purchases at radenterprises.co.uk. The gift certificate will be mailed to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry--we won't let the gift giver know about your return.)
Packing and Sending Your Return
Ensure that you send a copy or the original of the invoice with your return, making sure the package is securely wrapped or boxed up.
Lost Your invoice?
If you do not have your invoice, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the appropriate address below:
